2023 PLK Lo Yau Yuk Sheung Elderly Centre: Tello Talent Drone Experience Course

With advancing technology, drones have become an integral part of our lives. Recently we held a Tello Talent drone experience course at PLK Lo Yau Yuk Sheung Elderly Centre.

The two-hour session gave six elderly participants the opportunity to operate a Tello Talent drone hands-on, learning about drone principles and technology under instructor Alex's guidance.

Course Content

Alex first gave a simple introduction to drone technology and how to use the Tello Talent. The elderly participants were very excited to learn about this new technology.

Next came the hands-on stage, where participants learned manual drone control under Alex's guidance — a completely new and thrilling experience for them.

The course demonstrated that technology knows no age boundaries. Through our guidance, elderly participants not only learned new skills but also gained confidence and a sense of achievement from successfully operating modern technology.
