Thank you for choosing INSPIRE® by Coxana Innovation for your event photography needs. To ensure smooth coordination and service delivery, please carefully read our booking policy below: Deposit and Cancellation Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable unless the client provides a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date and time via WhatsApp to +852 6235 7996. Failure to notify us within this period will result in the deposit being forfeited. Invoice Issuance An official invoice will be issued to the client at a later stage after the booking confirmation. Contact Information Please ensure all contact details (phone number, email, etc.) are filled in accurately in the booking form. If you suspect any incorrect information was submitted, please immediately contact us via WhatsApp or email: inspire@coxana.com. Crew Safety and Right to Decline Service We reserve the right to refuse service delivery if the event environment is assessed to be dangerous or infectious, in order to protect the safety and health of our crew. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded. Arrival Time Our photography crew will arrive 15 minutes before the event start time for preparation and setup. Service Hour Overrun If the event extends beyond the agreed service hours, coverage for the overrun period will not continue unless the client agrees on-site to extend the service and pay additional charges proportional to the hourly rate.
